Green Cardamom 4 the soul is one of the world’s very ancient spices. It is native to the East originating in the forests of the western ghats in southern India, where it grows wild.

Hereby a sample dessert recipe:
- 1 liter of milk
- 1/4 cup of rice
- 4 cardamom
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of dried fruits
Take the milk and boil it. Crush and open the cardamom. Add the rice, cardamom and sugar to the pot and cook. When the mixture is cooked, add the dried fruits. Let it cool completely before serving.
This is called Kheer in India. One of the healthiest sweet dishes that is rich in nutrition and taste.
